This service is designed for individuals who may be at risk of loneliness or who have been experiencing loneliness for some time. A caregiver will visit the person’s home and spend time with them, providing company and emotional support.

End of Life Care

End of Life care is specialist care for people who are in the last months or years of their life. This can span the final years of their life, not just their last days or moments.

Our well-trained team of carers are trained in providing compassionate and gentle care to help you to live as well as possible until you die and to die with dignity. We support your family and other people who are important to you to ensure your wishes and preferences are considered as we work with you to plan your care.

Carers respite Services

In many homes in the UK, an elderly relative is now cared for by one of their own family. This can be an overburdening commitment on the family who believe they have no other choice.

When a person requires constant care and attention, the Respite Care Service helps the family caregiver maintain their own emotional and personal well-being. This service’s primary benefit is giving the family caregiver a break from providing care. The service can cover anything from giving the family a couple of hours break to providing 24-hour support whilst they take a much-needed holiday.

Home Preparation Services

In many cases, the hospital visit was likely unplanned and activities around the house were unfinished or ill-prepared. The Home Preparation Service will tidy up the home so that the client has a safe and pleasant home to return to. This service will include activities such as:

  • Organising mail and appointments
  • Shopping for basic groceries
  • Cleaning the home, changing bedding, etc

Night Care

We provide overnight care to help you or a loved one sleep soundly through the night. Our night care service options are Sleeping Night and Waking Night.

Sleeping Night
A care assistant is assigned to sleep at your property for at least eight hours and is available if required for the sleeping night option. This will be a suitable option if you or your loved one does not require regular support but feel uncomfortable when left alone throughout the night. Anxieties and sleep deprivation can soon be improved with a sleeping night care professional supporting you. Having that extra night care at home can really help you remain healthy and happy. This will be considered a waking night if assistance is needed more than twice during the night.

Waking Night
This option is most suitable if you or a loved one wakes several times, perhaps disorientating or needing to go to the bathroom. Our care professional assigned to you will be available to support you if you need to wake at regular intervals in the night to administer medication or change position due to injury. The waking night professional is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours and at your side as and when you need them for the duration of the night, providing a high level of professional support.
